Organiser of the concert is not obliged to ascertain the circumstances of recurrent use of the same bar code. Keep your ticket safe, just as you do with your money or other valuables. In case of any ticket-related questions or problems feel free to get assistance from the representatives of Piletilevi, the event ticketing company who will be at each gate waiting to help you. Every visitor (including children) should have a separate ticket. Please save your tickets to your phone or print it out so you don’t depend on Internet connection at the venue.
